M. Jargalsaikhan is an artist based in Ulaanbaatar.
Since he was a kid, he started to draw and then kept it as a hobby. Nevertheless, he says that when he was a child he was used to do more basketball than drawings, since art was much more limited than sports. The future of art seemed cloudy at that time. He enrolled to Mongolian State University of Arts and Crafts . At the Institute of Fine Arts he stated to experiment different art techniques. After graduation, Jargalsaikhan managed to established himself as an artist.
