In October 2018, RedHero screened a selection of short films from the six editions of Altan Khalis Independent Film Festival. Founded in 2013, Altan Khalis Independent Film Festival (AKIFF) is the most important film festival with a short film competition section in Mongolia. It provides a platform for aspiring young filmmakers to challenge themselves and showcase their burgeoning talents to a growing audience of movie-lovers. Ultimately, the film festival aims to establish a creative filmmaking scene in Mongolia.
